Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain delivery timelines while ensuring high-quality standards
• Strengthen stakeholder communication and expectation management
• Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and mitigate project blockers
• Improve sprint governance, backlog structure, and release planning
• Coordinate alignment between Engineering, QA, Design, and Business teams
• Manage multi-project environments with structured reporting and documentation
• Track progress using Azure DevOps and Jira dashboards
• Support budgeting and resource planning across projects
Requirements
Required Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in software project management
• Holds a PMP certification
• Proven track record managing mobile and web application projects
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience managing sprint boards, backlog grooming, release tracking, and reporting dashboards
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Risk assessment and mitigation planning
• Budget and resource oversight
• Ability to operate confidently in multi-project environments
• Clear and structured communication
• Ownership mindset and accountability
• Strong documentation discipline
