Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company goals.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts across social media, content, email, and paid channels.
  • Oversee branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget and optimize spend across channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team and external partners.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, including leadership or managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, CRM insights, etc.).
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the software or technology industry.
