Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Define key business metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to establish success indicators.
- Create weekly and monthly reports on user behavior, feature adoption, and business performance.
- Design clear and engaging visualizations to communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Perform funnel analysis to understand user drop-offs in critical processes.
- Support A/B testing by helping design experiments and interpreting results.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts (averages, distributions, correlations).
- Ability to communicate data findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation.
- Basic programming skills in Python or R.
- Exposure to product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
- Understanding of A/B testing and experimental design.
- Experience collaborating with product, marketing, or growth teams.
