Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue growth and achieve business development targets.
  • Lead and support the business development team to meet objectives and KPIs.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand revenue channels.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across the full sales cycle.
  • Review the business proposals that have been created by the team, and create proposals for large projects.
  • Translate client needs into business requirements, phased plans, or MVPs aligned with budgets.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support company growth and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience driving targets and KPIs.
  • Solid experience in proposal creation, pricing, and closing medium to large-scale deals.
  • Strong market research, competitor analysis, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
