Responsibilities
- Lead revenue growth and achieve business development targets.
- Lead and support the business development team to meet objectives and KPIs.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand revenue channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across the full sales cycle.
- Review the business proposals that have been created by the team, and create proposals for large projects.
- Translate client needs into business requirements, phased plans, or MVPs aligned with budgets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support company growth and objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience driving targets and KPIs.
- Solid experience in proposal creation, pricing, and closing medium to large-scale deals.
- Strong market research, competitor analysis, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and marketing teams.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
