Job Description

  • Approach the inbound & outbound customers.
  •  Maintain the relationship between the customer and the company.
  •  Research new sales channels & techniques.
  •  Close deals successfully.
  •  Create the business proposal.
  •  Help the client in creating the business requirements document.
  •  Attend local & International events to expand the company's reputation.
  •  Collaborate with the marketing department to meet the company's goals.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  •  3+ Years of experience 
  •  Familiarity with the software industry.
  •  Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  •  Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office.
  •  Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  •  An agile mindset with the ability to stay updated on market trends and customer needs.
